Our Mission
• To provide excellent care in a home-like environment • To meet and exceed all requirements of adult family homes as stipulated by the State of Wisconsin and the needs of our residents • To provide excellent customer relations; we give our residents and families the courtesy and respect we would like to have ourselves.

Our Vision 
Palladium Care, LLC is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through supportive assisted living services. Palladium Care, LLC  promotes creating a balance in providing a friendly, comfortable, and loving home environment through building quality, long-lasting relationships.

Our Locations

 

Palladium One and Palladium Two Community Based Residential Facilities is a renovated assisted living center, formerly known as “Lighthouse of Brown Deer.” Facilities are located in a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Brown Deer on the edge of Algonquin Park.  Large private fenced backyard between both facilities.​​

Palladium One Facility features:
  • Eight private bedrooms with private restrooms
  • Two large wheelchair accessible shower/restrooms
  • Common area includes spacious living room with large sitting area
  • Kitchen with open dining area and breakfast bar
  • Public wheelchair accessible restroom next to common area
  • Spacious activity room
  • Landscaped surrounding area with birdfeeders
  • Huge, park like, fenced in backyard
  • Courtyard available for alternative outside usage
  • Three fire exits, each with secure alarm systems
  • Emergency call system 
Palladium Two Facility features:
  • Six private bedrooms with private restrooms
  • Two private rooms with shared shower/restroom
  • Two wheelchair accessible shower/restrooms
  • One public bathroom with bath tub
  • Common area includes spacious living room with large sitting area
  • Kitchen with open dining area and breakfast bar
  • Public wheelchair accessible restroom next to common area
  • Spacious activity room
  • Landscaped surrounding area with birdfeeders
  • Huge, park like, fenced in backyard
  • Courtyard available for alternative outside usage
  • Four fire exits, each with secure alarm systems
  • Emergency call system 

Palladium One and Palladium Two CBRFs accept Private Pay, My Choice Wisconsin, Community Care,  ICARE, and Inclusa programs at this time. We speak English and Russian at our facilities

Our Staff

At Palladium Care LLC, our staff provides the comfort, warmth and security of living in your very own home.  Equally important, staff is on premises 24 hours/day during periods of occupancy. Night service is provided by overnight-awake staff. Services focus on empowering each resident to reach his or her maximal level of independence in areas of health, activities of daily living, socialization, recreation, vocation, and quality of life. 
In addition, our staff is committed to excellence! We are continually looking for new ways to improve and provide new training regularly.
 
Staffing Level and Training:
Palladium Care, LLC will have at least one staff on duty at ALL times to ensure our program goals for each resident are met.  The ratio of staff to residents shall be adequate to meet the needs of the residents as defined in their assessments and current Individual Service Plans.
 
Required Staff Training:
  •  First Aid & Choking  
  •  Fire Safety 
  •  Medication Monitoring 
  •  Standard Precautions

Our staff consists of trained Resident Assistants and/or Certified Nursing Assistants with State Approved CBRF Training Education.  As well as students and interns, who enter our Resident Assistant or Management Training Programs. All staff receives additional yearly education.
